Thomas Lord is a Los Angeles–based real estate professional with a distinctive blend of academic training, operational expertise, and a lifetime of high-value sales experience. A graduate of UCLA with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, Thomas began his career with Kennedy Wilson’s development team, gaining hands-on experience in project management and property redevelopment.

Before working with homes, Thomas built his sales foundation in the automotive world — first as a teenager selling 1950s–70s American classics to collectors across the U.S. and Australia, and later at Shift, where he connected buyers with rare and high-value vehicles. He went on to launch and manage LIME’s largest U.S. market, leading a 150-person team, securing competitive municipal permits, and running large-scale operations. As Co-Founder and Head of Real Estate for Perch Mobility, he negotiated sites for sustainable, off-grid charging infrastructure for clients including LIME, Lyft and Amazon.

With experience ranging from notable single-family sales to multi-family acquisitions and redevelopment, Thomas works with clients across Los Angeles — from Brentwood to West Adams — with a particular appreciation for the neighborhoods of the Santa Monica Mountains. He approaches every project with a focus on understanding the property’s full potential and guiding clients through each step with clarity and care
